Team Traceur aims to inspire those around us from close friends and training partners to people from all over the world. Through the use of movement practices, which transcends age, gender and ability, we want to develop the physical, mental and social capacity of our students and friends. This inspiration and development will, in turn, allow everyone we interact with to overcome any situation in life.
