This week’s Theme of the Week is Challenges!
We will giving you a few challenges to accomplish and then getting you to set ones for each other!
Giving challenges is a great way to motivate people to overcome the obstacle. These challenges can be based upon many different obstacles such as the fear of doing a movement, the lack of technical ability, the lack of physical ability or even just getting your head around it. By giving people little challenges you allow them to practice something that they may not practice otherwise.
Until then, try giving yourself challenges that are a little different to ones that you’d usually look at.
